My New Reading List
I very much enjoyed sharing my favourite books that have helped me the most over the last 10 years and it got such a positive response I thought I would share 5 more that have really helped me. Out of these 5, 2 of them are very recent reads that have gone straight into my ‘keep close by for reference & inspiration’ pile. After all, I did tell you if I found more great books I’d let you know
Peak by Anders Ericsson — How to be at your best, lots of surprising & seemingly counter-intiutive insights (I take a lot more breaks now than I used to, read the book to find out why it will help you be at your best)
The Inner Game of Tennis by W.Timothy Gallway — The OG for mindset training! Trust your Self 2 (subconscious mind) & find your flow!
When By Daniel Pink — When you choose to do something is critical to living a better life and being at your best. This will change the way you plan your days.
High Performance by Jake Humphrey & Damian Hughes — Super easy to read, packed full of practical ideas you can apply yourself from High Performers in sport & business
Will by Will Smith — Great autobiography about the man himself, that’s a super fun and engaging read but it’s also packed full of life advice about becoming the best version of yourself . This quote is beautiful “When people give you advice, they’re basing it on what they would do, what they can perceive, on what they think you can do. But you are the first time you’ve ever happened. YOU & NOW are a unique occurrence, of which you are the most reliable measure of all the possibilities”
Hope you find something new to add to your reading list!
